Yes. SCC is poised for domestic and international growth.We continue to seek qualified individuals to share the sweet experience and to help with brand positioning.
What is the franchise fee?
$37,000. This fee is used by SCC to assist you in site selection, planning the buildout of the location, your initial training and for the use of Confidential Manuals. In addition, there will be a continuing monthly royalty fee of 6%.
How long does it take to open a store?
Our model and program is special from the point that it will be turn key. The average buildout is 90 days after permits have been pulled.
What is the length of the franchise agreement?
The term of the initial development agreement is 10 years.
Do I need food service background to qualify to be a franchisee?
Although having a background in the food industry is helpful, it is not necessary. Our comprehensive training program, classroom and hands on training in the store, will prepare you for operating your SCC. There will also be continued training and development in the field and a team to assist in the opening.

You will need to complete our primary questionnaire. A SCC representative will contact you to further discuss your franchise opportunity. After the phone interview, you will complete a financial and personal form that will be evaluated by the Officers of SCC.
